Red Mountain Contractors, LLC was formed in August 2014 and is wholly owned by the Seldovia Native Association, Inc. SNAI is an Alaska Native Corporation created under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971.

The company is based out of Anchorage, Alaska and was created to conduct business in the Construction Industry. Red Mountain Contractors, LLC has an efficient organization with the help of the ownership and management team whom have vast experience with successfully managing multiple contracts with the government, military and commercial companies.
