As a Graphic User Interface Designer, you will be responsible for the creative & graphical conceptualization and visualization for our clients' web-based GUI's.

Your work will involve understanding client needs and desires and applying thought, research and innovation to direct creative development based on sound understanding of graphic design principles and creative development process. (It'll also help if you can write in really long sentences.) Your work will capture the vision, business needs, branding and positioning as well as meet client and user expectations, desires, and aspirations.

Responsibilities:

• Create design, visual concept, composition, and layout for websites and CMS applications.
• Work closely with clients and in-house team of Web Developers.
• Participate directly in brainstorming and design review meetings with clients.
• Integrate usefulness and usability insights throughout the design and development process.
• Facilitate the interpretation of strategies and research findings into design concepts.
• Participate in the design and production of visual comps, style guides, and other graphic design documentation.

Experience must include:

• Experience in designing GUI's obviously.
• Understanding of design principles such as color, typography, layout, and information design.
• Understanding of online branding and the ability to generate strong concepts based on brand and business strategies.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and all programs contained therein.
• Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, graphic formats, popular plug-ins and their authoring tools.
• Experience designing for CMS's a plus.
