Web Mail via Horde on Sundog Server 2 |

Step 1 - Logging Into Your Webmail Open up a web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and type the following address: http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail (Note: replace "yourdomain.com" with your domain name)  |
Step 2 - Logging Into Your Webmail A log in screen will appear. Name: This is your email address (ex:
This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
) Password: Enter as assigned to you by Sundog Media. (case-sensitive ex: pass ≠ PASS) Click the "Log In" button to continue.

Step 3 - Logging Into Your Webmail On the following screen, click on the left hand item called "horde".  |
Step 4 - Logging Into Your Webmail On the next screen, click the "Log in" button to continue.

Step 5 - Using your Webmail After you've logged in, click on the left hand navigation item called "Mail" to view your inbox.  Then click each email to open and read it.

Step 6 - Using your Webmail You can click on the icons and links shown below to go to your Inbox, compose a new email message, view your email folders, search your emails, or delete, reply to, forward, or redirect your email.

Step 7 - Using your Webmail You may compose or reply to an email, and then click "Send Message" to send your email, or you can "Save Draft" to save and close and finish later, or click "Cancel Message" to cancel your email without saving it. Be sure to have the recipient's email address in the "To" section, a "Subject" line, and a message. You can also type an email address in the "Cc" or "Bcc" areas to copy (Cc) or blind copy (Bcc) the email to additional email addresses.

Step 8 - Deleting Email

First, check the box next to the email that you'd like to delete. 1

Then click the "Delete" link, and the email will be marked as deleted. 2

To permanently delete all messages that are marked as deleted, click the link on the far right of the screen labeled "Purge Deleted".

Step 9 - Log Out of Webmail When you are finished, click "Log out" to log out of webmail. This is especially important to do after viewing your webmail from a shared or public computer.
