Horde Step 1
Open up a web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, Safari, etc.) and type the following address:
http://webmail.yourDomainname.com (ex: http://webmail.yourDomainname.com)

Horde Step 2
You'll be taken to a log in screen.
User Name: This is your email address (ex: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )
Password: Enter as assigned to you by Sundog Media. (case-sensitive ex: pass ≠ PASS)

Horde Step 3
After you've logged in Click on the left hand navigation item called "Mail".

Horde Step 4 - Deleting Messages
Check the box next to the message you'd like to delete.
Click the "Delete" link and the message will be marked as deleted.

Then, click the link on the far right of the screen labeled "Purge Deleted".
This will expunge all messages marked as deleted.
