Instructions for Outlook Express

Outlook Express Step 1
From the "Tools" Menu Select "Accounts..."

Outlook Express Step 2
Select the "Mail" tab, highlight your account and click "Properties"

Outlook Express Step 3
Select the "General" Tab.
Put your email address in the "E-mail address" and "Reply address" fields.

Outlook Express Step 4
Fields to note:
Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.yourdomainname.com (ex: mail.sundogmedia.com)
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomainname.com (ex: mail.sundogmedia.com)
User Name: This is your email address (ex: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )
Password: Enter as assigned to you by Sundog Media. (case-sensitive ex: pass ≠ PASS)
Outlook Express Step 4

Make sure you've checked the "My Server Requires Authentication" Box in the lower left corner.
Click on the "Settings..." button to the right of the checkbox.

Make sure you select the option that reads "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"
Click OK
Click OK Again
Click Close to return to Outlook Express.
Send yourself an email to test your new settings.
