On behalf of the Sundog Media team I want to wish everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving. It is a bit of a tradition at our thanksgiving meals to take a moment and go around the room and share a few items that we are thankful for. Trip of a lifetime and it’s impact

As many of you know, this summer the Law family embarked on an adventure that has been a dream of mine for years – bringing a boat up the Inside Passage and across the Gulf of Alaska to our home port of Whittier, AK. On it’s own it is a pretty amazing trip but by bringing 5 children with us for the first 1000 miles to Sitka, 3 being 18 month old triplets, that truly made it an honest to goodness adventure for me and Cathy. The Sundog Adventure Continues!

Joe, Cathy and the kids have made it to Ketchikan, Alaska! More than half-way through their journey, they've gone approximately 600 nautical miles (I'm no nautical mileage expert, so that's my best guess) in their 36' Grand Banks Classic boat named, SUNDOG. They've only got another few weeks or so to go before their three-month adventure comes to a close. Recently, I printed a couple hundred photos at Wal Mart on a new automatic machine they have. I was excited because I needed to get these done quickly, and the quality was supposed to be amazing. Unfortunately, all but about four of the photos came out messed up. I brought the pile to the young man working the desk and said I am really sorry but I can not take these.
